New Members:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide BookPagez is not the right fit for your classroom within the first thirty (30) days of your subscription, we will gladly refund your purchase. Simply contact us to request a refund and we will review your account.
Due to the digital nature of the resources provided by BookPagez, our refund policy for members adheres to the following guidelines:

- Refunds will not be granted to members who have engaged in systematic downloading or bulk downloading of resources (ie: downloading all resources for multiple books or downloading multiple classroom resources of a the same type)
- Refunds will not be granted to members who have previously received a refund on a membership
- Accounts with a free trail are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the start of the trial
- No refunds will be granted after 30 days membership
Renewing Members:
All memberships renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so on your member dashboard. Or, if you would like assistance, please contact us prior to your subscription renewing.
In the event that your subscription accidentally renews, please contact us within 30 days of your renewal date. If you have not downloaded any resources since your renewal date, we will gladly refund your account.

BookPagez to Booked Solid Course Purchases
BookPagez to Booked Solid is a professional development course that includes immediate access to video content, templates, planning tools, and other digital downloads. Because we want you to feel confident in your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund period from your original purchase date.

Customized branding and website development services—such as those offered through Tutoreze—are non-refundable once work has begun or personalized selections (e.g., colors, fonts, domain names) have been submitted.
