Refund Policy
BookPagez provides the following refund policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know via the contact form.
Due to the downloadable nature of the products available to BookPagez members we have established the criteria below for refund requests.
New Members:
In the event that you decide that BookPagez is not the right fit for your classroom, we will gladly refund your membership payment. Within 7 days of becoming a member, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form or by emailing support@bookpagez.com and let us know you’d like a refund.
New members who have violated the Terms of Use or Subscriber Agreement, or have engaged in excessive downloading (defined as 50 or more downloads in a 24 hour period) will not be eligible for a refund
No refunds will be provided after 7 days of membership.
Members are only permitted to request a refund one time. Any subscriptions that are created after having already received a refund will not be eligible to have transactions refunded.
Existing Members:
All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan. If you wish to cancel your membership please contact us via the contact form or by emailing support@bookpagez.com at least 7 days before your subscription renews. Cancellation requests received less than 7 prior to your subscription renewal will be honored for the next cycle.
